In the month of April, Top Smoke Shop on Boyd Road has been robbed twice. The Tarrant County Sheriff's Office is seeking information on any potential suspects. According to information released by TCSO, an armed individual entered the Briar-area smoke shop April 18, fired multiple times into the ceiling and walls and demanded money from an employee. Fox 4 reported the store was robbed April 12 in a similar manner. The sheriff’s office suspects the same individual is responsible for both crimes. Deputies believe he may live in the area as he seemingly arrived and left on foot. This is an on-going investigation and The Azle News is currently seeking more information on this case.
