Bevan resigns, Johnson appointed to special events board

When one door closes, another often opens.

Special events advisory board member Tim Bevan notified city of Azle staff of his resignation from the board’s Place 6 seat in a March 5 email, citing scheduling conflicts.

“Regretfully, I must resign my position on the special events advisory board,” Bevan said in a letter to city staff. “My schedule simply just doesn’t allow consistent attendance and participation any longer.”
