Perot Tech Truck comes to Azle

Perot Tech Truck comes to Azle
A child smiles after creating a Thaumatrope or wonder turner. The simple device works by combining two images with movement. The brain retains the first image long enough to superimpose it on the other, making the two parts of the image appear together when put into motion.

The Perot Museum of Nature and Science in Dallas went mobile, visiting Azle with a Tech Truck and spectacular science activities during the week of Spring Break. The Tech Truck team supplied the materials and know-how at an Azle Memorial Library March 13 event to give kids fun hands-on experiences in science, technology, engineering, art and math.
